Restaurant

The historical background was our main point of focus in restoring the Woeste Hoeve. Characteristic are the "Doorvaart" (place to refresh the coach- and carriage horses), "Opkamer" (higher room), "Jachtkamer" (hunting room), "Gelagkamer" and "Schouw" (room with open fireplace). The conservatory and the closed flower garden with terras guarantee exclusivity and privacy.

The possibilities are endless for arranging a stylish event: a "closed circle" family diner , reception, wedding party or "diner-dansant".

On a culinary note the Woeste Hoeve has a well-known reputation to uphold: a classic tradition with modern flavours. Searching for the best, mostly regional products and ingredients, we more often than not came across biologically or bio-dynamically producing farmers.

Vegetables and herbs of "de Hooge Kamp", Meat of the livestock of "Natural butcher" Rob Rijks of Lettele, Cheeze from the region, and the remainder of the ca. 90% biological products used, through a biological wholesaler.

Our own "Fruit of the Stem" will blossom in the spring and perhaps carry fruit in the next year. Our herbs garden provided us with an excellent harvest of fresh herbs, pumpkins and flowers. The vegetable garden yielded fresh lettuce, "pastinaak", "schorseneer", peas and crisp lettuce. She is now being left to rest untill february when she will be freshly sown in.
